Kadence’s Wayne Morgan Features in the Latest Interior Motives

Wayne Morgan, Kadence’s recently recruited Chief Engineer-Design Technical, has featured in the latest issue of Car Design News’s Interior Motives magazine, in an interview focused on Kadence’s digital design capabilities.

Wayne joined the team in August, bringing 40 years of experience building and leading teams for major global automotive brands and managing design and engineering processes. Prior to his appointment, Wayne held senior digital modelling and design engineering roles at Group Lotus, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW.

Commenting on his appointment, Wayne said, “This is an exciting opportunity for me to join a well-established, visionary business with almost two decades of excellence in providing engineering and digital modelling services for global OEMs, from sketch to A-Class production verification and release.

“We will be working globally across Kadence’s UK project management hub, as well as our Master Studio and Technical Centre located in Shanghai, China, and I am very much looking forward to helping Kadence achieve its ambitious business goals.”

Wayne will predominantly be based in the UK but his remit will cover global projects.
